Be sure to enclose the APPLICATION FEE
Answer all questions and appropriately (see your college
counselor if questions about disciplinary actions concern you)
Some Early Decision programs require the signature of your
college advisor on the Early Decision agreement form
Complete student portion of application on line
You will pay the application fee with a credit card
Print the transcript request form and bring it to Ms. Lenger
If there is no transcript request form, tell Ms. Lenger that you have applied on line
Ms. Lenger will forward your transcript to the appropriate school(s)
